This is a simply addon for Warrior Priests to let your group know when you are low on RF and can not heal them. I found that with other healers you can always tell when they are able to heal because AP is shown in the group window. MineFilter adds a "For Me" filter checkbox to the store window, which when checked (the default) will filter out any items which are not for your career/race. This means that when you uncheck the Filter Usable checkbox, you'll be able to see only the items that you don't meet the level/renown/etc requirements for, but are for your career/race (if you want to see everything, uncheck both the Usable and For Me checkboxes).
