What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I would like the ActionPoints addon to auto-hide when I am at max points, and more specifically, when I am NOT in combat. It's alpha could be set to zero when at full, granted a check would need to be in place to determine what 'full' meant - ie it's not always 250 post RR40.

I feel that it's good to know that, when in combat, I can see the text the entire time, but when out of combat, I don't feel that I should be seeing the text; what do I care if I am in a capitol city selling stuff on the Auction House?
