20 - Cooldown Alert

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

An option to notify me when an abilitys cooldown is at certain stages (timewise), so I know that a recast is needed soon.

Please provide any additional information below.

Why? The only ability where there is no addon for is Rune of Sactuary and the Zelots quivalent self rezz buffs.

Problem: Selfrezz only works for 10Mins after cast (10Mins recast) but the buff stays active for 1h. So when I loose that selfrezz ability I cannot get a warning at this stage. What I am thinking of is an alert, sort of "Recast RoSanc!!!" or just a huge timer somewhere on the screen.

Is it possible to implement such a thing?
