5 - Some healing potions not being shown properly

It appears that some restoration potions aren't being ranked correctly. For instance, on my current character (level 12), I have the following two restoration potions:

Fleeting Elixir of Allaying (264 healing over 6 seconds, req lv5)
Lasting Elixir of Balming (1200 healing over 18 seconds, req lv10)

Now, it's easy to see that the latter is the stronger of the two by any measure, both total healing and healing/sec. However, the former is what's being displayed on AutoBar.

It appears that the Lasting Elixir simply isn't being shown at all; even when I swap the order to smallest stack (I have 3 of the fleeting, and only 1 of the balming), it still shows the fleeting.
