BlackBox respawn timer

BlackBox hides the infamous black "Respawning..." box that pops up after you release when dead and replaces it with a nicer and less obtrusive respawn timer bar near the upper-middle of your screen.

    Thanks for this amazing UI, those original blackbox were very annoying, I have posted the (Traditional Chinese) translation already, if the developer would kindly review this UI plugin with Chinese compatible, Thanks a lot : )

    A working solution to the "I can't take the rez you offered, I hit release, and the releasing-in box is over the accept-rez box."
