The purpose of this mod is to make it easier to keep up multiple auras. Three sequential buttons on the hot bar must be set aside for the auras you want to keep up. The mod will track when each mod
in the sequence is activated and then switch the key bindings to the next hot bar button in the series. The bindings are set back to their initial state when exiting combat. When entering combat, the mod
will check to see what auras are tied to the hot bar buttons allocated to the auras to twist. Aura twister registers /auratwister and /twist with LibSlash.
Dependencies:
LibSlash and zTimeLib are dependencies of the mod.
To Use:
1) Pick a sequential series of three hot bar buttons to reserve for use by aura twister. Whatever auras are placed on these 3 slots will determine what auras are twisted. These can be changed without
sending any commands to aura twister as the buttons are checked every time entering combat. (But if these are changed while in combat, changes will not be recognized until next time entering combat)
2) Bind a key or keys to the first button in the series. This will be the key you use to twist.
3) Run the following command : "/auratwister firstslot,[hot bar button]". The hot bar buttons are determined by screen position and have nothing to do with what hot bar it is on.
For example, if you want to bind the mod to start with the first button on your 4th hot bar, use the following command. (slot 37 is the first slot on the fourth bar) "/auratwister firstslot,37"
If you want to change the key bindings being used, you can re-run this command after setting the key bindings on the slot being used as the first slot.
4) The mod can rotate between 2 or 3 buttons. The default is two. To change this run the following command: "/auratwister rotations,2" or "/auratwister rotations,3". To run this from a script use the
following syntax: "/script AuraTwister.Command("rotations",2)"; (replace 2 with 3 to use 3 rotations) You will probably want to make macros for both so you can easily change back and forth.
Note: What hot slot button number a particular button is assigned is determined by screen position, not hot bar number. (If you change your last hot bar from #4 to #5, all the hot slot numbers previously
assigned to 4 are now assigned to 5)
