What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Crash a lot, which happens with this game often on Vista 64-bit.
2. Depending on the current location when you save variables, the bank information gets cleared for the currently logged on character.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect this not to occur, but since I can't put a finger on why I can't offer much more. Obviously the expected result is that we wouldn't constantly lose bank data due to game flakiness.
