22 - Hide tooltips for group members

It would be great if you have a toggle to hide the tooltips when mousing over the party members, as this is mostly redundant information and also covers the buffs/debuffs.

Or, even better, do not display the tooltip at the "mouse pointer", but at the standard tooltip location. (But hiding it would be sufficently, I guess)
