47 - Buffs/Debuff Handling

Would love to see the ability to set buffs off to the right of the unit frame, and debuffs of to the left.

then sort them by duration going from permanent->lowest duration, startign with perm closest to the unit frame.

so a crappy text example,
D=long duration debuff
d=fading debuff
P=perma buff
B=Long duration buff
b=fading buff

hope that makes sense lol

I tend to have my unit frames centered in my screen, so for me at least this works best as i can have the unit frames almost staced with no gap between them vertiacally.
