extendet map addon

- minimalistic style quare design
- without bars -> digit
- tooltip shows inf steps
- calculate remainig inf per step
- shows city rank

R2.2

- added mouseWheel-Zoom
- added 4th zoomlevel (worldmap)
- added new mail icon

- added border
- added mapresize per mousewheel on worldmapbutton

R3.2

- added ADDON "Join Selected Scenarios" -> leave all functionality

R3.5

- added Slash-Configuration
type /cmap to get options
now u can hide and place elements however you want.

R3.6

- fixed a bug in slashsettings (visibility)
- changed the influence display for switching correct in rvr-zones

R3.7

- changed the visibility for mailicon for default to true
- found another bug in slashconfig function... sry

R3.8
- sorry wrong directory structure in 3.7

pls remove the files:

CMap.lua
CMap.mod
CMap.xml
Cmap_Templates_OverheadMap.xml

from interface/addons

and reinstall Cmap 3.8

R3.9.7

- added: configurable to fit in the upper edges
- added: areaname can be switched between area,zone or both

To install, unpack and move entire folder to <Your WAR folder>\Interface\AddOns. If 'Interface' and/or 'AddOns' does not exist, create it.
