5 - Rally Call errors

I have resized my CMap addon frame and am experiencing errors with the Rally Call button.  First, it vanishes (but reappears when a Rally Call is ordered).  This might be intentional on your part.  The more pressing issue is that the button is scaled to be much larger than it should be.  I have a picture to show this better than I can.
