4 - CombatLog Toggle Button Off Screen

My toggle button has seemed to disappear and I cant move it anymore. It looks like it moved off screen and its not not clickable. I've tried going to defaults and reinstalling but no luck.

I'd really like some help on this one. There has to be a way to reset window positions if they go off screen. I can see the text for the "Toggle Combat Window" button on the edge of the screen but the button is just not visible!
