Description

The Abilities tab provides a means to assign ability actions to left clicks of the bar.

Opening the UI

The settings menu is accessible by using toggle button located off of the minimap:

After opening the settings UI, you must select the "Abilities" tab.

How It Works

Abilities can be assigned to left click in 7 states, Left click with: No key pressed, Shift Key Pressed, Alt Key Pressed, Control Key pressed, or any two-key combination of those keys, or all three keys together. Assignment of the ability to be pressed can be done through two methods: Drag and Drop from the Abilities Window (A) or if NerfedButtons is installed, using:

/dh add [SLOT] [A-NERFEDBUTTONS-SEQUENCE].

NOTE: To use the NerfedButtons' features, you need to have the latest version of NerfedButtons installed.

Valid slots for Detaunt Helper are:

• n - None
• s - Shift
• a - Alt
• sa - Shift+Alt
• sc - Shift+Control
• ac - Alt+Control
• sac - Shift+Alt+Control

How to create a NerfedButton sequence is beyond the scope of this tutorial. I recommend you go to their page here for instructions on how to create sequences with NerfedButtons, as it is what provides this capability to DH. To help, adding a slot to button 1 in NB would be:

/nb add 1 ... Where as adding a slot to the shift button in DH would be:

/dh add s ...

The delete, list, and edit operations are available as well: /dh list

/dh del s

/dh edit s

etc.
