The BotUtils was an idea that began as an evolution of DevUtils. Now that I have no longer any interest in further WAR development (or even a WAR account), I have deposited the source of the BotUtils code (which has a number of very well-written functions but which is, at the moment, completely untested). Good luck, developers.

   * DevUtils.lua
   Rewrite DevUtils OnInitialize to work with LibSlash.
   Create function DevUtils.SlashCmdRegisterForced for the same purpose.
