DieBuffsDie is a very simple, zero-configuration addon that simply removes the default buff trackers from the default group frames by setting their maximum # of buffs displayed to 0.

    hmm... Could you also make this work for Targets and the own Portrait?

    You don't need this for CUF, royale. Just use /clean hide group buffs
