EmoticonsEnabler prepends the characters "^^ " to every message you send, so every emoticon you use in your message that uses the ^ character will be correctly shown. ^_~

It tries to detect slash commands to avoid messing with them: the code for slash commands detection was taken from LibSlash. ^_^
