* Changed the pulse into a square (configuration of this may come later)
* Added function to change colour of the pulse
* Added function to show/hide the caps at the end of the bar
* Added function to change colour of the end caps.
* Added a translucent background bar for the pulse to traverse
* Added colour tint/alpha options for the background.
