The appearance of the pulse in 0.3.0-beta. I've turned the end-caps off.

positioned near the castbar

Here, I've moved the frame to sit just under my castbar, and stretched it so it's the same length. I triggered the GCD by starting to cast "Axe Toss". You can see the little dot just under the castbar, indicating the GCD still has about 1.2sec left.
