| Displays a dot that moves left-to-right to indicate the global cooldown, and hides when GCD is not active. NOTE: From 0.2.3-beta, it now uses Bar 1 Button 1 by default, and aligns it with the castbar. Feel free to change these later using the script commands below. GCDPulse obtains the information about the GCD in a similar way to GCDisplay, in that it needs to check an action button.
