Global Cooldown Remover removes the GCD timer from your action bars (imagine that!). This prevents your whole action bar from flashing when you use an abilitiy.
There are other addons that do this, but they do it by fully replacing the UpdateCoolDown function. This addon hooks the UpdateCoolDown function in a supported way, so that other addons will continue to work.
This addon will work with the default action bars, and any other action bar addon.
