- Fixed a group-only issue with the old/new icons settings system.
- Added icons for group leader and main assist.
- Added a scale setting and slash command.
- Added a setting for the new group leader and main assist icons and slash command.
Known caveats
Scenarios do not update the group window correctly so Group Icons will show players as being dead even though they are very much alive. This is a bug with WAR, not Group Icons.
