12 - Disable HP percent

With depleting bars there is no really need for a numeric percent info about hps. Imho that information might even slow you down a little in the stress of a battle. So it'd be nice if this label could be toggled.

    Will be implemented in HealGrid-v1.6.2 and can be configured with the SkinEditor
