20 - Shifted buff indicator prevails

I updated to 1.6.4, though the problem with the buff indicator shifted against it's background is still present. I've attached a zip file with a screenshot + a stripped down example config.

    Sorry, meant to say it is fixed in v1.6.5 (which is not released yet)
