25 - Adding the remaining label locations

Could you add the remaining possible label locations as well; top, right and top right? Might be nice, for example, to have buffs growing from right to left and HoTs from left to right. Also a good place for the (assist) leader tags.

    The problem I have here is, that the stop section is currently reserved for the BuffTracker and the topright/right for the debuff-flags. Now while physically moving them around should not be difficult, it would create quite some confusion in the GUI for the users, as some settings are done via skin (labels) and some via the GUI (buffTracker). In addition, the buff tracker is not a standard WAR label, but a custom made, highly performant "multi-label".

    This is something I would like to change myself, but still have to think up a good way of doing this.
