7 - Hover Cast target people you mouse over

It'd be a nice way of updating out of range characters if the hovercast feature targeted the people as you hover over their unit then went back to your previous target ("sticky targeting") once you left the HealGrid frame.  Makes it simpler/quicker to glance who's in and out of range/LOS.

    You can only detect ranged for targeted units. HealGrid will update the range information once you hovercast the spell. There will be an option in the future to range-scan a whole group.
