74 - Link label scale to bar scale

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

When you modify bar scale, title, level and percent label are not scaled, then label have to be scaled afterward

Please provide any additional information below.

Tested code bellow for title label
WindowSetScale(self.names.title self.scale*self.title_label.scale)
