83 - R218 party frames problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Join a party
2. Someone in party dies
3. I rez person

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the frames to continue updating properly.  Frames no longer update properly.

What version of the product are you using?
R218

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

Please provide any additional information below.
I play a shaman.  If I rez someone in my group the party frames themselves no longer update properly.  Also the bars over their heads after the rez will change class icons when I click them to heal and the correct bar and class icon will appear over their current target.  I have to look at my friendly target bar or the tooltip to get the correct health information.
