5 - Panic Button to communicate a quick assist.

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel? It seems people who are not an assigned assist want a quick way to communicate "Help!, I'm being killed by X!" A panic button might be useful for those people. The Tracker will then of course need some kind of panic window to display the icons of those crying for help so others can quickly assist them.
