What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install addon
2. Try to use layout editor in any non-english version of WAR
3. All broken

White windows, generally FUBAR.

What version of the product are you using?

v5.1 (SVN repo seems to be empty???)

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No.

Other locale files have not been updated with the new strings:

["SYMBOL_CMD_WINDOW_TITLE"] = L"ISAssistTracker Symbol Commands",
["SYMBOL_CMD_WINDOW_DESC"] = L"ISAssistTracker Symbol Commands",

are missing, tainting the layout editor and breaking it due to NIL string value.
