Reworked how linking was done.

You can now link from any place that shows an Item Tooltip.

This includes: Stores, Banks, Guild Vault, Tome Rewards, Quest Rewards, Character Sheet, Inspection Window, Auction House.

Heck even items on your action bar.

You still link by Control Right Clicking on an icon. If you want to link an item more then once you must mouse off then back onto the Icon before clicking the second time. (To prevent spamming)

Also added in the French and German Translations we have received.

It will also give the LONG name of a bonus if it isn't found.
