Before Bugfix

Hi,

As a Level Block addict I noticed a bug and I couldn't contact the main coder. So I fixed it myself and I send you the result.

So all the credits goes to the real coder ( Thrae ).

Fixed the issue chen you reached level 40 (the addon was displaying a "+-21423434.." as the percent value to reach the next level)
