LibSlash

5 - /disable <addon> and /enable <addon>

Suggestion to add /disable <addon> and /enable <addon> to LibSlash. This is for addons that don't really have any slash command needs except to enable and disable the addon itself, hopefully reducing the overhead of the addon to near zero *without* needing to reload the entire UI. Putting it in LibSlash means all the output can be centrally localized. Of course, the addon will need to register with LibSlash and give it its Addon.Enable() and Addon.Disable() methods to call.
