1 - SaveFile funtion is not working post patch 1.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any use of the LibUtils.SaveFile function
2. Also using the LibUtils.TestSaveLoad function caused a CTD
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A file with the information saved in it.

What version of the product are you using?
The latest

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No log is generated

Please provide any additional information below.
The file is created, but it is empty.  I was originally using the Guild Data Extractor that uses this function and when it stopped working played around with the mod to find the root cause.
