Adds contextmenu options to grab all attachments (item/money) or grab+delete in the mailbox

Auction tab, grabbing + deleting... Not sure if I've resolved the issue completely. I've tested it myself and it works. If anyone keeps having issues with this, please let me know.

Oh, and grab + delete is working. I have tested it with by backpack full, and it does not delete the mail... still a bit scary though :P
