What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move Compass to a new location using the layout manager.
2. Reload UI

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Compass stays in the location that you moved it to.  It instead moves periodically to the upper left corner of your UI.  
What version of the product are you using?

Most current.  v0.4.7

Do you have an error log of what happened?

None.

Please provide any additional information below.

Once the compass moves to this location often stays here unless you restore an old user directory.  Might be a UI mod conflict?  For a while was always happening if I had Queue Queuer installed, but it also happened after I made some other UI placement adjustments even after I removed QQ.

When I asked about this on the WAR Mods irc channel, I received this recommendation:
