11 - RvR-flag icon buggy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. targeting a rvr-flagged character

The icon indicating the player's rvr-flag seems not to work reliably.

Unable to reproduce bug. RvR Flag logic was changed a couple minor releases back, so that might have something to do with it. I will put this in Waiting status to go in to Fixed if no further updates are posted.
