Motion

Release Notes

Release Notes:

1.1.2:

  • Minor Changes:
    • The original Motion logo has been replaced with a logo donated to the project.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed typo in mouse over text for the Start Making Item(s) button. This should resolve localization issues.

1.1.0:

  • New Features:
    • You can now see the power of the current recipe by mousing over the success hint orb.
    • Added a button that can be used to show/hide the Motion UI
  • Minor Changes:
    • The experimental option introduced in 1.0.7 is no longer needed and has been removed.
    • The UI is no longer displayed on characters who do not have an appropriate trade skills.
    • The recipe options for left click and right click have been swapped, to provide a similar look and feel to other crafting addons.
      • An incombat check has been added to the "Add Recipe" option, so that an inadvertent right click does not hinder any RvR.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed an issue where artisan effects were not properly taken into account when determining skill level.

1.0.7:

  • New Features:
    • Added an experimental option to speed up item crafting. This option bypasses Motion's slotting of items and uses the information provided by the server. If this information passes some basic checks, crafting will be performed. I have not had a lot of time to test this option, so use it at your own risk.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • The backpack will no longer be shown when Motion is first started up.

1.0.5:

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Whenever the first or second resource was removed from its display(either by user interaction, or running out of the item in inventory) there was the potential for the items in the right hand resource slots to slide left one slot. This has been resolved.
  • New Features:
    • Motion will now remember its visibility state and use that state when loading up.

1.0.3:

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed a bug that would occur when the "Enforce Optional Resource Counts" was not enabled. This was inadvertently performing an additional check that it should not have and was failing the build process.

1.0.2:

  • Added a throttle to the inventory item counting routines
  • Added appropriate code to handle +/- crafting skill effects to the item level requirement checking

1.0.1:

  • This version marks the initial public release of Motion. After using this addon for the last several months, I felt it was time to polish it up and let the masses have fun. I hope you enjoy.
