2 - add an option to lock the display in place

Being able to drag things around without using the layout editor is great, but sometimes you don't want to accidentally move them. It'd be best to have either a checkbox or a pair of buttons to allow you to lock/unlock the log display window.

Alternatively, you could just make it so that the window is only movable while the configuration menu is open.
