1 - Minor layering problem

Borders 'bleed through' the dropdown on character view window. See the screenshot below.

The bleed through over the dropdown is fixed enough when I fixed the brag window; the borders only overlay the dropdown when you mouse over the slots after opening the dropdown.

I've fixed the bleedthrough to bragging. This will be released as 1.5.
Regarding the dropdown, that's a bit harder. WAR doesn't have the same fine-grained layer controls as WOW.
The best I can come up with for the moment is to drop the layer of the border on dropdown open and raise it again once it's closed.

I'd like to add to this.
It bleeds through into the brag window as well.
