3 - Hotbar handling overides hotbar

Problem:
The mod's hotbar handling will override hotbar abilities and does not remember what hotbar you placed the abilities on.

How to recreate:
- Have any hotbar be the top hotbar (lets say number 1).
- Drag the 3 pet abilities to the hotbar
- Change stance (abilities go away)
- Drag the 3 pet abilities with the new icons back onto the same slots
- Repeat for the last stance

Now you have all 3 stances and your abilities set on hotbar #1 so that when you change stance, they use the same 3 slots.  Great!

- Now change your top hotbar from #1 to another number (lets say number 2).
- This hotbar is FULL of abilities not related to the pet or the mod.
- Change stance
- The mod will place the pet abilities on the new hotbar overriding what you had their before
- Pet dies and abilities go away, what you had thier before is now gone.

Preferred behavior:
If the mod could remember that you placed the abilities on Hotbar #1-5 and only replace those abilities when that hotbar is selected, and when you select it.  So if you have the abilities on hotbar #1, and you have hotbar #2 on top, the mod should not replace anything when you change stance.

Additionally, when you change stance, and then swap back to hotbar #1, the mod should update the hotbar.

It would be nice if the mod was able to place the abilities on any hotbar, visiable or not, regardles if it is the top one or not.

Also, if instead of removing the icons when the pet died, if the mod could grey them out, or in some way show that those slots have a place holder.
