2 - Auto-disable quest tracker based on rvr status or scenario

I'd like to auto-hide the Quest Tracker frame, when entering a scenario.  That was one of my favorite features of "window cleaner".  Better yet, I'd like it auto-disabled whenever I'm RvR enabled.

    If it helps you could try using Kwestor, afaik it has the functionality you are after.
