   Incorporated some submissions from Raidezs (after minor
   modification):

   ADDED: Clicking the default UI's zone control bar (if displayed)
   will toggle the RealmStatus window. ADDED: History window for tier 4
   VP changes. This window can be called up with /rsh or by right-
   clicking one of the pairing boxes in the main RealmStatus window.
   CHANGED: Minor modification to color of order VP numbers. CHANGED:
   Minor modificatioin to display time of VP change notifications.

Also, updated LibGUI to latest version.

   ADDED: Popup alerts for VP changes in T4 zones. The position/scale
   of these alerts can be changed in the UI editor. FIXED: Corrected an
   issue where sometimes the destro VP number wouldn't display properly
   on the default UI zone control tracker.

   * LibGUI.lua LibStub.lua RealmStatus.lua RealmStatus.mod
   ADDED: VP numbers will now turn bold when recently updated, and then
   unbold again after a minute of no change. ADDED: +/- signs will be
   displayed by VP numbers if they were changed in the last update for
   that area. CHANGED: Reversed the sides on which order/destro VPs are
   displayed to match up with the default UI victory indicator.
   CHANGED: Reversed the order of display of the T4 zones to correspond
   with the reversal of the order/destro sides. CHANGED: VP numbers are
   no longer bold by default. CHANGED: Tweaked color for order VP
   numbers to make them slightly more readable. CHANGED: Updated to
   lastest LibStub and LibGUI versions.
