    * LibGUI.lua LibStub.lua RealmStatus.lua RealmStatus.mod
    ADDED: VP numbers will now turn bold when recently updated, and then
    unbold again after a minute of no change. ADDED: +/- signs will be
    displayed by VP numbers if they were changed in the last update for
    that area. CHANGED: Reversed the sides on which order/destro VPs are
    displayed to match up with the default UI victory indicator.
    CHANGED: Reversed the order of display of the T4 zones to correspond
    with the reversal of the order/destro sides. CHANGED: VP numbers are
    no longer bold by default. CHANGED: Tweaked color for order VP
    numbers to make them slightly more readable. CHANGED: Updated to
    lastest LibStub and LibGUI versions.
