8 - Buffs/Debuffs no longer work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing the game after patch 1.0.6

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally I was able to see my debuffs/buffs above my characters head and my targets head, now I am unable to see them.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest as of this message

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nope

Please provide any additional information below.
Seems like 1.0.6 patch changed the way the UI displays buffs and debuffs, this has affected other applications.
