Adds an RvR tab to the character window, which displays:

• Lifetime Kills
• Lifetime Deathblows
• Lifetime Deaths
• Kill/Death Ratio
• Deathblow/Death Ratio
• Session Kills
• Current bonuses to RvR XP and RP
• Tome-recorded kills of opposing classes.

If you run into any issues with this displaying, please see if there is a ticket about it, and if not, please visit http://www.curseforge.com/projects/15567/tickets/ and put in a ticket, and list your class, all loaded addons, and if possible, your kill counts for lifetime, deathblows, deaths, and tome recorded per class kills.

There have been 2 incidents in the comments where this may be affecting something causing improper display of the character page for at least 2 users, one states its affecting backpack as well. Until I can reproduce this or find out what causes it, there is little I can do to fix it.
