14 - SNT bag will not load
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enabling the SNT bag

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should load, it doesn't, the WAR ui manager gives an error and says to try again, but it is a never ending loop, the bag WILL NOT load.
What version of the product are you using?
latest
Do you have an error log of what happened?
