- Can't yet update deDE.lua nor frFR.lua due to bug on SVN server processing a plain ASCII file as if it's a UTF-8 file. WAR doesn't like UTF-8. I'll commit it when I can.

- Hooking process no longer hooks nor calls ChatSettings.SetupChannels(). The already created lists are changed instead. This was causing compatibility problems with other mods.

- The first time SpamMeNot loads default settings, it will ensure that the tell send and receive filters are turned ON on the first chat window. This is so that people upgrading from older versions don't end up with tells turned off on all tabs.
- Fixed another filter color bug that resulted in them showing as white on tabs other than the first.
- Changed "Hide minimap button" to "Show minimap button" to correct inverse logic.
- Reset version number in .mod file back to 1.0 as changing this results in all saved variables for the mod being wiped.
