17 - Toggle visiblity based on party/scenario/warband/etc.

I'd really like to use Squared only when in a scenario or warband.  I use your cleanunitframes mod and I'm totally fine with keeping up with healing while soloing or in small parties.  When I'm soloing or in a small group, I'd rather not take up the screen real estate with Squared boxes.   I'd love an option to choose when visible (Solo Y/N, Group Y/N, Warband Y/N, Scenario Y/N, Seige? Y/N).  If that's difficult or not feasible, a simple toggle for visibility or enable/disable script command would be a great workaround.

    Added in 1.2.2 - set the option disabled-MODENAME to on to skip loading a given mode (for instance, /sqr disable-default on to hide the player-only frame, or sqr disable-group on to hide the group frame).
