89 - "Squarified" Target and pet window

I'd like to see a "squarified" self, target and pet window.

By default both of them should have 2 or 3 times the size of a normal player sqaure, so they fit nicely to a full squared group window. Their size should be configureable separately from other player squares, so you can fit the size to a full group's size with or without pet, etc.

It should be possible to attach the buffs on any side of the new boxes, e.g. I'd like my new target windows below all the group boxes, and the buffs below the the new target windows.
