SuperQueue

1 - Disable default window

When I use this addon and select the minimap icon to queue up, I get the SuperQueue window as well as the default window.  Please prevent the default window from firing and have SuperQueue be the only pop-up.  Its a minor annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless.

    I only have Superqueue and Healgrid and when I click on the Scenario queue button it just brings up the regular queue interface. I am using the newest version of Superqueue and Healgrid

    Alright, this might have been caused by me not setting up the proper depedencies, I am gonna release a beta version soon, you guys can test that and write back here.

    I get this too, and I don't use zMiniMap. Also, first time I click on the queue icon just after logging into the game only default window appears.

    I get this too, it seems to be a conflict with zMiniMap.
